My favourite TV program is called Cooking, which is broadcast on Channel Five every Sunday morning. The time it broadcasts is very convenient, coz after watching it, audiences have enough time to imitate the dish they have just learnt from the program, and it's Sunday, people do not need to go to work.
Once, a course named well-done duck with bean sauce was broadcast. After watched it, I was really interested in it and decided to learn to cook the dish at supper. In order to show off my cooking skills, I tried my best to cook the well-done duck with bean sauce. I cut a bean curd into slices, which seemed as thin as human's hair. Then I used flour, eggs, sugar and other ingredients to make the bean sauce. After that, I fried a duck in shallow oil with the bean sauce.
我最喜歡的電視節(jié)目叫烹飪,每星期天早上在第五頻道播出。播出時間很方便,觀眾看完節(jié)目后有足夠的時間模仿剛學的菜,而且是星期天,不用上班。
有一次,一個叫豆豉老鴨的課程播出了。看完之后,我真的很感興趣,決定在晚飯時學做這道菜。為了炫耀我的廚藝,我盡了最大的努力,做了一個做得很好的豆瓣鴨。我把豆腐切成幾片,像人的頭發(fā)一樣細。然后我用面粉、雞蛋、糖和其他配料做豆醬。之后,我用豆醬在淺油里煎了一只鴨子。
