　　What the person does

　　這道題是本篇的難點之一，之所以難是因為這道題我們需要著力于“Leader”本身的身份進行深入闡述。很多同學不太了解一個領導要做什么，或者有所了解，但想法過于分散。

　　在我看來，不管他是什么領導，領導要做的事情主要就分這么兩種：

　　1. 管理

　　管理團隊、招聘、培訓、處理團隊緊急事務等;

　　2. 活動

　　參加活動(比如，商人需要參加商務論壇或應酬來拓展客源等)或者組織活動 (比如：班長需要組織班級活動來豐富課余生活等)。活動這一塊的拓展比較簡單，提及一個活動，你可以再給出更多細節有關這些活動的，比如：規模大小、受歡迎程度、活動內容、參與人數等。

　　Example one:

　　As the president, she is always rushed off her feet 忙得不可開交. Everyday she has at least one meeting. She also needs to organize various social activities for the students. In the past few years, she has held over 5 big events, including a food festival, a music festival and an English speaking competition.

　　Example two:

　　As the founder, she is swamped with work忙得不可開交 and her schedule is always full and busy. She needs to train employees and deal with emergencies. In order to attract more customers, she also needs to take part in various kinds of activities, such as forums 論壇 and meetings. Last month, she attended over 10 forums which she found exhausting.
