　　First of all, taking family together with these migrant workers can substantially enhance their family bonding. It is undeniable that parents play an irreplaceable role in the growth of their children, and the elderly need effective company when growing old. Therefore, such behaviours can largely deal with the above problems. Even in the initial stage, the family have to encounter the adversity caused by communicative barriers and other factors, mutual help during this period also directly strengthens the relationship between them.

　　Besides, the alternation provides an excellent opportunity for children’s language development. Especially for Chinese people who regard English as an indispensable skill for future development, by migrating to an English speaking country, their children have no choice but to practise English in the real situation, during which time they also acquire the cultures behind the language and form different thinking patterns. In other words, not only can these children learn the authentic language, but lateral thinking can also be cultivated throughout this period.
