How many hours do you sleep every day?
Generally, I have 8 to 9 hours sleeping every day if I don’t have much homework or I don't play my smart phone very late. However, sometimes I sleep 2 or 3 hours when I'm under a lot of stress of my study, especially when the exam is coming or the deadline of report is the next day.

However, for those who are not quite into taking a nap in the middle of the day or in the evening, it is not a must for them.

Do old people sleep a lot?
Emm, to be honest, I’m not sure. As far as I know, most of elderly people always get up quite early, probably at 5 or 6 o’clock, and visit the morning market for the fresh fruits and vegetables. Sometimes, they like doing some exercise or walking their dogs in the morning. But they go to bed early around 9 pm. So, I guess they have a regular sleeping time.

Well, sleeping is a sensitive word to me coz I've been suffering from the chronic insomnia for quite a long time. And I have tried some popular ways like counting sheep or listening to the light music. However, neither of them worked on me. I really have no idea why falling asleep is so challenging for me.

What time do you usually go to bed?
It seems to me like I don't have a fixed time for getting to bed. As a typical night owl, I don't hit the hay till midnight nearly every weekday, and it’s weird that my mind is often clearer and response quicker at night. So, basically I sit in meditation or try the self-hypnosis that I learned from abook to help myself fall asleep.
