　　I’m really looking forward to the day when I can finally move into my new home.

　　Last winter, my fiancé and I finally saved up enough for the down-payment of an apartment, and when we got the keys, I was absolutely thrilled beyond words.

　　We hired an interior designer to help design and decorate the place and all the work should be completed sometime in October. So hopefully, we would be able to move in around that time. And since my fiancé and I own the place together, I’d like to do this together with him. My parents also helped us a lot when we were choosing the right place, so I’ll definitely invite them over after everything is done.

　　In this day and age, it’s not easy to have a place of your own because of the ever higher housing prices. Especially in the major cities such as Beijing and Shenzhen, where the prices for real property are insanely high. However, owning a house or an apartment can give people a greater sense of security than any other types of possession, so we worked really hard for the last few years so that we can afford an apartment. I can’t wait to move in and start building a new life.
