　　Yes, I think we should tell the truth all the time even if it might hurt someone. On the one hand, relationships are based on trust and honesty. This seems to be a white lie to avoid hurting others’ feelings and you may even think it helps maintain your friendship. But actually it opens the door for being asked out again.
