　　排隊的經歷

　　The last time I waited for a long time was about two years ago. On the national day, my high school classmate came to Shanghai for a tour. I promised to accompany her to visit the Oriental Pearl TV Tower.

　　So, on the second day of the National Day holiday, we bought the tickets of the Oriental Pearl and went there. During the National Day holiday, the number of people who came to Shanghai for travel increased significantly. Additionally，the Oriental Pearl was a major feature spot in Shanghai, most people would come to this place to take photos. I have thought about it and been ready to line up on that day. However, when we arrived at huge gate, the huge crowds of people did really surprise me. We took two hours to get into this place, but in order to arrive at the top of the Oriental Pearl TV Tower, we still had to wait for the lift. There was only one way that taking the lift inside to get in if we wanted to stand on the Oriental Pearl to see the panorama of Shanghai. The number of people that elevators can carry at one time is limited, so we have to keep waiting in the queue for about three hours. Because there was not much power left on our mobile phones, and we had to go to the highest point to take some photos, we chatted with each other and played some primitive games to pass the time, such as stone, scissors, cloth and so on.

　　While waiting, I began to feel depressed from the beginning of excitement and happiness. I regretted that I should not choose to visit spots during the national day holiday. What made me feel more upset was that I went to the Oriental Pearl once before, which was just about two months ago. Finally, I told myself that it was not easy for my friend to come to visit Shanghai lonely and I should help her to finish the wishes.

　　Three hours later, ultimately, we got on the top and took a lot of good-looking photos. This queuing experience was really hard and confusing, but after chatting with my friend for several hours, I felt that the friendship between us became deeper.
