參考范文
The seemingly never-ending debate over the responsibilities of international organizations towards developing nations has been taking place for a long time. There are a variety of perspectives that support and disagree with the view that affluent international organizations ought to assist those in need, not merely from an economic standpoint.
The majority of financial contributors to international organizations tend to be wealthy nations, which are well-off due to their strategic geographic locations, technological expertise and investment in education. Poorer nations generally lack these ingredients, which is a recipe for continued success in the current globalized world. As a result, by providing financial aid to these impoverished regions, they are able to use these resources to grow their own crops, manufacture textiles and even construct their own homes, in the hopes they can achieve a level of independence.
On the contrary, practical aid and advice might be more useful for a poor nation as they lack the technical know-how to develop their societies. Through receiving advice and practical aid, impoverished regions have the opportunity to learn how to create more prosperous societies to benefit their citizens. Furthermore, international aid sent to poor nations may end up in the wrong hands or even make the wealthy richer in impoverished countries, never actually reaching the intended recipients.
From my perspective, international organizations ought to strike a balance between financial assistance and practical aid or advice in order to strengthen the possibility of a nation achieving economic growth. Nevertheless, the usage of international aid ought to be monitored to avoid misuse or taking advantage of the system.
